You hear the saying, "There's a reason for everything in life."

You hear the saying, "There's a choice for everything."

But is there really?

There's not a CHOICE for being gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender.

If there's choice for being L, G, B or T, then being straight's also a CHOICE.

Like we choose to go down a road of hate and discrimination.

However, there IS a choice to being homophobic. To hating people just for being who they are.

Why should people of the LGBT community try to hide who they are because they're afraid of being judged, ridiculed, bullied, bashed, and hated so much into committing suicide?!

Why do people do what they do?

Calling us faggots, dykes, flamers, queers, and homos! Who the hell do these people think they are?

Isn't God supposed to love everyone unconditionally? If God hated gays, why would he keep making them; why would they still be here? Who made THEM God to decide where we end up in life? Heaven or hell.

We can't help who we are! We're only human.

We can't control who we love. How we act. Who we are.

We can't control if we feel like we should've been born the opposite sex that we are.

We can't control if we want to dress like a guy if we're a girl or dress like a girl if we're a guy.

We can't control if we're attracted to the same sex. Guys or girls.

We can't control our feelings.

You wanna have a debate with me about why ppl of the LGBT community can't be who we are, go ahead. Cuz I'll argue with you until you're out of words. Think before you speak.

Just to let you guys know, I love all you lesbian, gay, bi & trans people who can come out of the closet and act like it's no big deal. Meaning, kinda "parading" around your pride like it's no big deal. (; I LOVE people like you. I love it when gay guys wear girls clothes, 'cause that means they're not afraid to be who the hell they are!

^ I saw this guy in LA, he was fer sure def. bi or gay, but totally not straight. He walked into California Adventure like it was no big deal that he was wearing a women's Ariel top, carrying an Ariel bag & had a under the sea flower thing in his hair. (: Gay guys are awesome.

I could've easily made this into a journal, but people can't favorite my journal.

You know, I don't mind gays, lesbians, bisexuals, or TGs, but...does everyone forget about the asexuals?
They have to deal with the fact they will never be able to truly love someone. Sometimes I think that's a bigger fight than having current love problems...

I am so happy to see someone not afraid to step up and say what's on their mind about this matter. I was taught to treat everyone equal no matter what. I was appalled and disgusted when I realized how petty and discriminating the world can be. People are hypocritical to the point of being completely illogical.

I really enjoyed your point on choice because it is true that if people who are gay or transgender have a so called choice then aren't heterosexual people choosing to be straight?

Thanks much! If I were at school though, I probably wouldn't bring something like this up. I'm usually fairly quiet at school aside from being with friends. Even if some guy is being rly annoying saying "that's so gay" or "you're a fag," I probably really wouldn't stand up n say anything b/c they'll just tell me to be quiet or shut up anyways. Cuz I'm so small n all..or they'd probly ignore me. :T
