In school, she dressed in a crimson shirt. The way she walked screamed confidence yet her face whispered, scarred, burned, and self-conscious. Her dark blue jeans were torn and splattered with paint. Her black scarf swayed as she walked; accidentally smacking everyone she walked past. I was in love. Most wouldn't even look at her, but I couldn't help but stare. She was clumsy and silly, but she was the most intelligent person I knew. Honestly I didn't know why I loved her, until I was alone with her. She came over to my house. She wore a batman t-shirt and long blue skinny jeans.

Skin peeling with a lighter to my skin,
Burning away the cuts and bruises outside and within.
Hoping to die by choking down dozens of pills,
Pace around the room, feeling all those chills.

There's a little voice inside my head,
It said it'd be glad if it knew I was dead.

FriendsIf I had a security blanket it'd be my friends
They keep me safe from harm and their hugs are what keep me warm.

They fend off jerks who are mean to me
They sting them with words, they're also like bees.

They let me know they're always there
And lift my spirit with love & care!

Whenever they're near, I never shed a tear,
Without them I'd feel so bare.

Friends are like push-up bras, they support you and are close to your heart.
Friends are like food and water, necessities to SURVIVE! :O

I know this is supposed to be meaningful, but seriously, wouldn't it be cool if we could do that? Cry in 7 different colors? NO! Better yet, bleed rainbow blood, now THAT would be trippy! True, it'd blow our cover at the blood bank, but still.

There is a beautiful and very sad song called Rainbow Eyes which was done by the band Rainbow when Ronnie James Dio was with them. Dio also performed the song solo. I don't know if you might be familiar with the tune, but this picture makes me think of it!
